CERTIFIED DIESEL MECHANIC
Role Summary - This full-time position requires the ability to successfully do routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on all company equipment. This position requires communication, attention to detail and problem solving safely and efficiently. This position reports directly to the transportation manager.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and tests to determine the condition of vehicles.
- Record Services and repairs to maintain accurate vehicle records.
- Perform major and minor adjustments on all systems of the vehicle for proper and safe operation including exhaust, lighting and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns, maintain supplies, perform preventative maintenance
- Place orders and keep stock of inventory and supplies needed.
- Plan and communicate methods and priorities of assigned repairs and maintenance.
- Disassemble carious components to gain access to remove and replace defective parts.
- Examine failed components and identify failure causes.
- Install special functional and structural parts in devices.
- Conduct field visits in the case of an emergency or sudden breakdown
- Use cutting torches and welding equipment.
Education, Skills and Experience:
- DOT Inspection certified.
- ASE certifications
- Valid Driver License
- CDL Class B is preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience in related field
- Must be available for flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Must be able to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
Physical Abilities:
Ability to stand, walk, crawl, squat, turn, bend, climb, grasp/reach, push/pull.
- Must have good vision, smell, and hearing.
- Ability to coordinate eyes, hands, fingers and feet accurately and manage precise movements.
- Must be able to work in extreme heat or cold and/or wet, damp, dusty or windy conditions and tolerate exposure to typical noises, hazardous materials, and fumes/odors associated with a shop environment.
- Ability to perform maintenance on equipment for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Role Summary:
The Senior Accountant is responsible for driving results in a fast-paced environment by assisting in the monthly financial close process according to established timelines. The position prepares and/or records journal entries related to all areas of the general ledger, oversees maintenance of fixed assets, reconciles account balances, prepares monthly reports, and participates in the preparation of the budget and variance analysis. The Senior Accountant will report directly to the Controller and will supervise the Accounting Assistant. This is a hands-on position with a variety of accounting and finance responsibilities. The successful candidate will be an analytical problem solver who possesses excellent communication skills with strong technical abilities.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Preparing complex journal entries and account reconciliations and performing other monthly closing and reporting activities in accordance with GAAP
- Maintaining revenue accounting files for month-end, understanding variances and reconciling grower accounting activities in the general ledger
- Maintaining the inventory and cost of goods sold monthly journal entries and analysis
- Assisting with grower accounting as needed
- Overseeing the maintenance of fixed assets and depreciation
- Contributing to the development and review of annual budgets and performance projections
- Performing monthly variance analysis with department and product-level detail
- Responding to ad hoc information requests from management
- Preparing and submitting annual audit requests and responding to auditor inquiries
- Supervising the Accounting Assistant
- Developing automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data
Required Education, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 3+ years of accounting or finance
- Working knowledge of GAAP
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Grower accounting or fruit industry experience
- Experience with business intelligence tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Pay Range: $75,000-$95,000
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR 1 - PEAR LINE
Role Summary: This job is responsible for maintaining operational control of packing duties, personnel and various CTP facility functions. Additional job requirements include but not limited to the following

- Must adhere too and set the example pertaining to all company policies and programs
Education & Experience:
- Basic computer skills
- Automated defect sorting experience Min. 1 year
- Knowledge of grades, sizes, defects, packing requirements and procedures for Pears
- Knowledge of fruit industry
- Food safety knowledge
- Regulatory compliance
